A Disney Vacation – Personal Paragraph

I never know what to expect when my Mom or Dad says, “Come on, V we’re going on a trip.” Sometimes I think we’re going to Busch Gardens and end up going to the doctor to get a flu shot. Other times I think we’re going to go to a French restaurant to eat snails, (which I just can’t stand) and we end up going to an Italian restaurant to eat the best pizza that I have ever had. But what I did not know that was my parents had another surprise up their sleeve. I was about to go on the best surprise trip that I have ever been on in my life.

It all started at six o’clock when I woke up in the car. “Good morning V,” said both my Mom and Dad. I woke up annoyed that my brother had woke me up. The second thing that came to my mind was why am I in the car? So I started to ask my mom how I got in the car when she said: “BE QUIET.” So of course, I became quiet. But I still knew something was wrong. A tedious three hours later I saw something that changed my attitude; it was the Disney Dream. As we boarded the ship, a person in a tuxedo asked us what our names are, then a lady with a microphone welcomed us. But my first impression of the ship was how well it was made. The walls are made of fragile crystals, and everything was in the right place. However, my favorite part of the ship was the glass waterslide that goes over the water. In fact, it’s the first ship in the world to have a glass water slide that goes over the water. Then I realized that the cruise was only four days. After I figured that out, I became sad. But those four days ended up being the best four days of my life. In those four days I went swimming, shopping, eating at an all ice cream buffet, and I didn’t have to do homework!

After going on the Disney Dream cruise, I have a whole new point of view. Now I can’t wait to see what the other surprises will be. From now on I imagine that we’re going to go to Italy, Great Britain, or a place made of candy. The next time my parents take me on a mystery ride I’ll know it’s going to be good even if includes snails.
